Proof of Slack

I know a litte about proof-of-work but I know a good deal more about proof-of-slack. P.S: trying this with new wallet, having strange errors on Ogre recently. Ah well, Eris aint the Goddess of Chaos, Discord and *bureaucracy* for a "reason" (in some sense)
